Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) is requesting proposals from public accounting/auditing firms to perform a compliance audit of NAPI’s adherence to internal policies and Navajo Nation Procurement Laws. Interested parties shall submit sealed copies to one (1) original and three (5) copies of their proposal to NAPI Main Office located in Farmington, NM on or before 4:00 PM (M.S.T.) on Friday, December 14, 2018. Proposals received after the time and date will not be considered. Post marked, faxed, or e-mailed material will not be considered or accepted.
The selection of the Company shall be made in accordance with the Navajo Business Opportunity Act, Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 205 and the selected company shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act, N.N.C., Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 201 et, seq., where applicable. NAPI complies with Navajo Preference in Employment Act.
