NAPI Safety is a source of value, is built into everything we do, an integral part of our culture.

On going trainings and coaching in safe procedures, open lines of communication between our management staff and the working staff, encourage our employees to perform safely and productively. Training programs designed to make people think about how they approach a task and the steps they can take to do the task safely whether at work or home.

Working safely have reduced injuries on the job resulting in a reduction in claims, property damages and equipment damage costs.

Focus On Ergonomics: NAPI focusing on ergonomic hazard, material handling processes and set out to implement engineering control to eliminate ergonomic issues.

Environmental: Prevention of hazardous waste release and pretest waste. “We use it or we recycle it.”
