Flour Mill

The Navajo Pride Flour Mill was built to mill the highquality wheat grown by NAPI in the high Southwest. NAPI grows premium varieties of wheat, which we use for milling our flour products.

Navajo Pride Flour Mill produces the following variety of flour mixes:

All Purpose Flour:

This is the general purpose flour used in most baking and cooking recipes. All-Purpose flour has a 10%-12% protein content with an intermediate gluten level. This flour is made from a hard, red winter wheat. Bleached or Unbleached is available in 2 lbs., 5 lbs., 10 lbs., and 25 lbs. paper bags, or a 5lb and 25lb cloth bag.

Whole-Wheat Flour:

100% stone ground hard red winter wheat with protein content between 10-12%. It is combined with other ingredients to make a variety of whole grain baked products. Whole-Wheat Flour is available in 5 lbs. and 25 lbs.

Fry Bread Mix:

A complete mix made from our All-Purpose Flour using NAPI’s own recipe. Just add water to the mix for great tasting frybread! Frybread Mix is available in 2 lbs., 5 lbs., and 25 lbs. bags.
